By accessing or using RareFinds, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Using RareFinds

You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Orders and payments

RareFinds connects customers with participating vendors and delivery riders. Product descriptions, availability, pricing, preparation, and fulfillment may be provided by the relevant vendor. An order is subject to availability and may be accepted, adjusted, or cancelled where appropriate. Applicable charges are shown before you confirm an order.

Vendors and riders

Vendors and riders are responsible for meeting the standards, requirements, and legal obligations that apply to their services. Their access to the platform may be limited or suspended when they breach these terms or create a risk to customers, partners, or the service.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Do not submit false, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful content or requests.
• Do not use RareFinds to infringe another person’s rights or put others at risk.

Content and availability

RareFinds and its partners may update, suspend, or remove features, listings, or content without notice when necessary. We aim to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature or listing will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RareFinds is not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or issues caused by events outside our reasonable control or by services supplied directly by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
